Aubie56 matches all details except I'm pretty certain he's an American. 200+ stories and MANY are western and/or SF/Timetravel/etc
He has not been seen since the end of October 2021 and he has definitely not been on this site for well over a year.
His last blog entry indicated that he had problems with his left hand but his total absence from SOL for that long indicates something worse.
ok, I have an old email address for him and I have just tried to make contact. No error message so far . . . (I'll update this post if something happens)
