Ronald Reagan told jokes about his age - joking about whether he was old enough to be present at the signing of the Declaration of Independence, and joking that he would not, for political purposes, talk about Walter Mondale's comparative "youth abd inexperience." Joe Biden claimed that his buddy, "Jimmy Madison," had helped pen the Constitution. That works for older people. If I understand her age, Kamala Harris, if elected, would be the youngest president we've ever elected. I'm unable to think of a single self-deprecating joke she could tell that she, or any young candidate or president, could use to make light of their relative youth and inexperience.
