I know, it's a freaking cliché, but sometimes it's true. Ex.: in the season finale of "The Americans" last night, the daughter, Paige, is sitting on a couch with the son of their neighbor, and they start to make out, very slowly, it's only their second kiss ever.
But as they kiss, his hand moves to her side and lifts her sweater to put his palm on her flank, skin on skin. That's all we see before the camera cuts away, but it is hot. You can feel how warm her skin is and what it feels like to him.
The episode was in fact pretty limp, except for that scene. And if you haven't been following the series, give it a whirl. It's a treat. Bonus: when Frank Langella or Margo Martindale is on they own their scenes.
