Here's a new one. The other day my KDP report told me I earned a penny because someone in Germany read 5 pages of one of my novels. The problem is, none of my novels (including that one) is enrolled in Kindle Unlimited. I double-checked and the option to enroll in Select came up so I'm not in the program.
