In case anyone needs this information for a story -
One of these cabinets from Sam's Club:

takes about five hours to put together. I had two of them to assemble.
I will give them credit - the instructions were reasonable and understandable, the parts actually all fit together, and they included a magnetic tip screwdriver if you didn't have a drill driver and that was ALL that was needed.
