I've implemented a new comments management system for authors.
The old one that you access from the stats is still there, but now there is a system that lists all comments by date, and tells you which story it's for. Allows you to reply, block, delete, etc...
It's very bare for now, but depending on your suggestions if they're doable, the system will evolve.
To get to it, click 'Authors/Editors', there is a new button titled 'Reader Comments'.

It will show you what comments you made and allow you to jump into the conversation where the comment is.
It's linked from the 'My Account' page (the gear on mobile).
ETA: There is now a link to it from the end of stories that have the comments section active.
Is there a reason why only one of my comments would show up? It's not even the latest one.
The problem has been fixed.
The query was pulling only comments posted as a user with your nickname, and not as an author, under a pen name.
It works as expected now, and it tells you if you posted under your pen name (and which one if you have more than one), or if you posted it as a user under your nickname.

A suggestion - a simple "by story" filter might be useful. Yes, I know you can go to the story, or get to comments on one story via the stats, but if you're doing a separate section just for comments, then a filter in that section seems like a useful tool for it to have.

There is now a magnifying glass in each box. Clicking the magnifying glass filters the results by that story.
In filtered results, a new box will appear on top for 'All Stories' to remove the story filter.

I have noticed, though, that there seems to be an error on the page count for the comments. So, for example, my "all stories" comments page starts at "1 of 7". But when I get to page 7, there is then the option to jump to pages 8, 9 & 10 - but clicking on any of those results in this message :

If I then click on the Comments Manager link, I get the same message, but without my name.
The same thing happens when you filter by story, for example, if you have page "1 of 2", there is a page 3 you can click on that brings up the error.
I hope that makes sense. Happy to do a screen recording and share that if it helps you see what I mean.
