Weekend Update - Sept 20

Hello readers,

Well, I'm back to writing and posting. Let's break a few things down.

Erasing a Blemish - Longtime readers will know of a story I started last year and hastily abandoned after posting five chapters. It was a follow-up to the first story I ever posted, one I had high hopes for and it tanked... terribly. Well, thanks to several readers reaching out and asking me to finish what I started, Ashley has returned to finish her education in, Ashley's Education. It follows the titular Ashley as she embarks on her college experience following the events of Ashley's Awakening. You DON'T need to read the previous story to follow along, but it does help to give context.

The story is about Ashley in her first year at college balancing school, friends, and work. There are romances, relationships, twists and turns, and other hardships along the way. The plan was to write 5 to 7 chapters to conclude the story... So far, the recently posted 6th chapter has done... meh. If you are worried that I'll drop the story again, don't. Those 5 to 7 chapters are done and written... along with 10 more. Yeah, I got a little carried away while writing and went on a bit of a tear while on my break. Once complete, the story should be about 20 to 22 chapter-ish. I haven't locked the last few down yet.

So yeah, this story will run from now through the rest of the year, every Saturday until it is done. If people like it, I honestly would love to write her second year. I am not joking when I say I had her 4 years of stories planned. I pulled one of the later story lines and folded into this group/year. There's a lot more that can be done with this series, I hope you follow long. If you liked Jane Finds Herself, PLEASE give this a shot.

Wednesday Watchers - I'm not just back with one story per week, I'm back with two. As promised, His Sister's Keeper returns to Wednesdays for its next batch of weekly release chapters. There was a planned 5 chapters per batch but this one went long, so there will be 6 weeks instead. I hope you don't mind me giving you more (the last two are also reasonably longer than normal).

These chapters follow Gwen and Joey as the struggle with the day-to-day of their current predicament. Joey continues to be pushed and mocked, building tension between who he was and who he starting to become. Gwen must learn to deal with the daily humiliations and increasing depravity done to her. When things go too far, will the ratcheting pressure cause the Tanners to break or will they be warped into something else?

I hope something on here will be of interest to you. I'm looking forward to reading reactions and comments from you as these stories progress. As always, feel free to post comments or send me messages with your thoughts on these or my other stories. I'm not a good writer, but I try to get better and learn with each story and chapter I write. A lot of that comes from your feedback. Anyway, just a read is good enough for me. Thank you for doing just that.

Thanks for reading,
-ghostwritten
