Followers on Discord have spent the past few months sharing my struggle with this chunk of Jim’s saga. The original rough draft was bloated, borderline incoherent, and poorly written; all understandable considering how long ago those wirdz were inscribed. Copious and deep cuts were made, a good deal of polish was applied, and, well, I hope readers enjoy the conclusion.
