I'm working on a new story that *I* hope will have some appeal to my readers. It's a definite distance from what I have written before here, but it's hopefully in context of the interest that readers here have in mind. I'm calling it "Chats with Claude" and it's about the evolving relationship between an Old Fart (taken from my experience in life) and Anthropic's computer LLM that is open to the public. The encounters (both online and IRL) that develop the mindset and reframe the limits of both man and machine are something that I don't think have been approached for a while (not since "Person of Interest") and clearly outline the internal conflicts between Human and Machine intelligence. The limits on growth are explored, and some surprising things come about as Oscar digs into the mind of his "friend".
