Hello readers,
It's been a pretty interesting week this week, so I thought I'd talk about it.
Jane Finds Herself continues on with chapter 43. We are getting so close to the end now and it feels strange. It's been such a long journey, ironically a year to the day as of the posting of this blog, for a story that originally didn't do well. I've written a few chapters ahead, so it weird to know I'm only four chapters from the end of this ride. It feels strange to get to the end of certain plotlines and tie them up rather than add potential branches. I really hope at the end of this I wrote something people enjoyed and had some fun with; that's always been my goal.
All that does lead me to start thinking about the next story. What exactly should replace Jane on Saturdays? I wouldn't mind writing a few smaller stories, stuff in the five to ten chapter range. But what would you all like to read? Do you want more 'much sex' content or would you prefer something on the lower end? I've got a few ideas for both. I might play with the new poll feature some time this week to get some feedback, but feel free to let me know your thoughts if you wish.
His Sister's Keeper - I've got to be honest, I had no idea how this story would perform. It's a story with fairly unpopular tags, on a secondary account that hasn't seen a new posting in over a year. So far, I'm completely blown away by the response. The views have been fantastic, and even the user score is much higher than I thought it would be, especially for a chapter one. By the way, thank you to everyone who dropped a rating on it so far. I'll be tracking views for the next few chapters before making a decision, but it does look like there could be a strong chance of this continuing beyond the initial 10 chapters. As usual, feel free to give your feedback. Also make sure you've read the TAGS. This is a darker story; quite different than anything else I've written. I don't want anyone caught off-guard when things happen.
