I haven't posted in awhile. I am working on a couple stories as I have time. One is about a towns a secret local tradition, for sex and adulthood education, that outsiders might question. Based on the notion that school sex ed classes fail, because they are customized to the interests of students taking them. And the need for increasing teenagers maturity, and responsible, rather thinking that it will occur automatically when a arbitrary is reached. One day your underage, the next days your birthday and not your legal. But the only thing that changed was the date! No magical enlightenment or maturity change occurred.
Adults who have followed the tradition, including the chief of police, keep an eye on those entering, mentoring, and involved with the tradition. A local mother might guide her daughter into starting the journey, dropping a mysterious card in her daughter's school bag. Or it might be from an older friend or an initiate walking the path.
'Seeking a Mentor to Obey.'
To come to the door, was to admit knowing!
To open the door, was to seek greater knowledge.
Entering the door, was seen as giving consent for whatever occurred!
Walking across the floor was demonstrating a Willingness to participate!!!
Kneeling and Obeying proved submissions to required learning.
Submitting gained what was sought, self confidence, and self assurance!
The student, receives information about a rumored local tradition and how to begin it. Knowing he or she can not reveal they are being Mentored by anyone. Pam's first task was to decide whom she'd willingly give her consent. They covertly ask that person if they are someone that can be Obeyed. Those unaware of the tradition would have no clue what she means. Someone uninterested in saying yes, would pretend not to know, or direct her to someone that might. Others on the path help find someone to Obey! Then she reveals what aspects of sexuality and related life topic she seeks to learn. If both consent, the initiate is accepted.
Required lessons like dating safety, being pregnancy, raising a baby, costs, and other stuff will be included. As will mixing with other initiates learning similar lessons.
I am open to receiving plot ideas!
