Hello readers,
It’s Blog-tastic! Welcome back to another week of my ramblings. As always, hello to my human readers and our A.I. overlords who continue to read my blog at an impressive rate. So. what’s been going on?
This week saw the continuation of the Science Club series, with the beginning chapter of Episode 3 – The Room Drama. Views are lower than I’d like for the continuing series, but it has scored well among those of you that have started it. Thank you to all the people who score or comment on my stories, by the way. I will continue to ask for feedback on this series as it is a weird one to gather information on. I do enjoy this series of stories, since it is a challenge to balance the different characters and storylines. Some characters will feature more prominently in some episodes rather than others, then the next episode might focus heavily focus on someone else.
There are at least three more 5-chapter episodes planned for the series, and I hope interest remains strong enough to continue through those. There will be a break after Episode 3 concludes, so I can work on something else, but I do plan to write Episode 4 as soon as I can.
Beyond that, we just had a new chapter of Jane Finds Herself. This story has been such a wild ride, from barely scraping by in its first few chapters, to now getting very solid numbers each week. I hope that trend continues.
Jane continued to develop this week without Riley or Curtis’s direct involvement. I hope readers are enjoying the growth of Jane as a character unto herself. That’s what this whole block of chapters is about; Jane taking her experience and new appetites forward before Riley’s visit. As with Science Club, feedback is always appreciated for this story as well, so feel free to reach out to me with your thoughts.
Next week, we have more of both stories. In The Room Drama, chapter 2, the students and Linda continue to dig into the mystery of the abandoned Drama Room, while Brittany and Warren take a new step in their relationship.
In Jane Finds Herself, Jane has a date with Ross at his apartment as she learns more about her new potential boyfriend. Then a trip upstairs to see Brad leads to a tricky situation and a future problem.
That’s it for this week. Stories are still rolling out on both days and I’m typing away on more stuff in the meantime. I don’t really know when I’ll have something to show for it, but I hope to have enough done so that I can return to Family Reunion and Science Club with only a minimal interruption on your end.
Thank you for your time and continued support and interest,
