OK, I've given up on Amazon, they keep deleting my account because an author called David Donovan linked to The Artist/Cure trilogy without my permission. I've complained, but they just ignore me and refuse to get back to me. Not sure what 'pulling power' this guy has, but they take his side despite me proving the books are mine... OK, rant over.
