Got two listings to visit this afternoon, get pictures of, and post for sale. Which in this market means I'll be doing contract work on those by Friday (knock on wood). Two different clients now looking for affordable homes. (Good luck to me finding anything under $140K for sale right now.) Got a closing Friday on a listing (yay, payday!).
Note I'm not complaining about being busy - just keeping you in the loop on what's going on in my life. I knew spring was going to start getting busy.
Granted, not as busy as Cal. Chapter 5 just went in the queue for you to have something to read on Zombie Jesus Day weekend. He gets a clue in this chapter that he's not operating in a complete vacuum. I have to be careful what I say here, you're getting ready to read Chapter 5, I'm WRITING Chapter 21. I also slipped in an updated cast of characters earlier this week, with a few names that have been added.
