Um, hi? I'd like to post a big THANK YOU to the readers for commenting and making suggestions. I kind of went around my stumbling block so that I could keep writing this story.
Some of the feedback was amazing and I feel like I was treated as someone with value as an author even though I havent earned respect like that yet.
One message I received is that the writer's girlfriend actually likes a good spanking every now and then - that's as close as I got to validation that there are really women out there who don't mind being corrected - even though that writer said it was a sexual kind of spanking.
I guess I'm wondering if its realistic to think there's a kind of woman who isnt so much a submissive, as a person who'll accept submission as a means of self improvement. Who doesn't get off on a spanking or nudity or being humiliated, but who is willing to accept it - and allow someone to treat their own child in that way in order for the pair of them to become better people.
A woman who actually knows what she wants and needs and has always been too afraid to search it out - in part because she fears being labelled a freak, but more for fear that the guy in control will abuse the trust they place in him.
Again, feedback seems to be the key for me. Someone taking the time to drop me a line helps my mind focus on what I want to get onto the page and I truly appreciate the folk that helped me.
