Inevitably, errors have been slipping through despite Derek and my best efforts to spot them. Happily, my readers have been letting me know about them when they spot them and I'm fixing the base copy as I go. In the end, after all the story has been told and the errors identified, I will repost the entire story. Thanks to all of you eagle-eyed readers for finding the things we missed and letting us know.
