It has been a slow year. I have only posted two stories, neither one of them an epic length, much less more than a scene or two. I started working with a wonderful editor on cleaning up the first of my two novel-length stories, but between a new job sending me across the country and through the woods, there just was not time, much less desire to revisit the stories. And the more I revisited them, the more red ink I poured onto them, which resulted in more rewrites in my decreasing time. So I have put them both back in the drawer, or more correctly on the shelf until I can find adequate time to do them justice.
For now, you will have to put up with short scenes or a series of scenes that may or may not lead to a longer story.
