So I just submitted chapter 4 of Founders Party (finally).
It also would have been out much sooner but motivation for writing it was lost due to the actions of a reader.
Look, I get that people are fans of the story and want to see it continue, but sending messages telling me if I'm not going to release new chapters soon that I should "just delete it" isn't really all that helpful to my motivation.
I have a lot going on in my life at the moment and writing is supposed to be a release. I've never made a single penny off of any story I've written, I don't have a patreon or anything, and sadly writing isn't as high on my priority list as I'd like it to be.
I'm not going to delete it, because I do intend to continue the story, however, since I'm being pretty slow about getting it done, I'm going to go ahead and hide it behind the paywall. Out of sight, out of mind is my hope.
