Howdy, readers.
So, first off, I guess apologies to those who were getting into my story. I buggered off on you all because I've spent the last week packing and moving house.
That doesn't mean I stopped writing though, just wrote slower I guess.
Chapters will be resuming soon and if I don't get dragged into something this weekend I'll spend the whole time writing.
As a side-note my editor, who no doubt is a legend and is also doubtlessly frustrated with my lack of ability to follow his edits, has advised me to post some questions and such readers have thrown at me. I've not particularly had any but a few have caught on to some of my stuff ups.
Like swapping between Jenny and Jessy in the early chapters. Hopefully that should be mostly fixed.
Also the planet scale thing. Skay said it's circumference was half the size of the suns circumference. or inferred that at least. It's actually supposed to be half the size of the suns radius... so yeah that will be fixed in a later revision.
Also I've had praise for an original story idea, not so much guys. The idea of cultivators is actually from a Chinese Fantasy Genre called Wuxia. It's original, in that the system to cultivate is new and our amoral characters try to science the way in a world of swords and magic. Also rare to have an actual moral degenerate as the MC and not some sexual degenerate. Guess it's more a mish-mash of genres spliced together like some poorly created genetic mutation.
Guess that should be mentioned in some kind of author preface or such. Perhaps something to worry about after the hate-mail eventually comes.
So a big thank you to those readers who've jumped out and helped me cover these brain farts before some other poor schmuck tries to suffer through this story.
Regards,
Noddy.
