So much for the theory

Welcome to the conspiracy. And yes, I know several of you have made comments to me due to where you worked during this time frame. You just normally don't see stuff like this in the press.

"Democratic White House contender Robert Kennedy Jr. blames the CIA for the Nov. 22, 1963, assassination of his uncle, President John F. Kennedy — proclaiming it “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Kennedy made the bombshell accusation about a murder that’s spun many conspiracy theories during an interview Sunday with John Catsimatidis on WABC 770 AM’s “Cats Roundtable.”

“There is overwhelming evidence that the CIA was involved in his murder. I think it’s beyond a reasonable doubt at this point,” Kennedy said of JFK’s assassination in a motorcade in Dallas, Texas.

“The evidence is overwhelming that the CIA was involved in the murder, and in the cover-up.”

The results are in, and I am extending a hearty thank you to everyone who once again decided that I was worthy of receiving the award for Best Erotic Science Fiction of the Year. The Author of the Year award - especially considering the other authors considered in that category - is definitely humbling. More so since it's back to back years for that, and now three years in a row in Science Fiction.

Okay, are the cameras and microphone off? Good, I don't want everyone to see me dancing around like a fool, gibbering like an idiot because I'm happy. :)

Getting closer

I'm working on Chapter 28 now. So while my buffer will is down to 14 chapters, I'm actually pleased it's not lower than that. I swear at this point, I feel like I'm not actually writing this thing, I'm just transcribing events. The characters just... go off and do their own thing. My topic sentence to one of my editors recently was, 'I hate my muse.' I think I understand what Old Man With a Pen was talking about. My subconscious mind is very strange.

Since last night's tornadoes made both national and international news... I survived. The closest any of the 8 or so tornadoes came to me was the one that was in the air and NOT on the ground that went over the Oklahoma Heart Hospital and then Tinker AFB - so about a mile away. The town that had people killed - Cole, Oklahoma - is 23 miles south of here, and then Shawnee, Oklahoma, is 28 miles east of me. They took a lot of damage at the airport and Oklahoma Baptist University.

A buddy of mine that I sold a house to that lives in Edmond (14 miles north) posted a picture on his Facebook page showing one of the hail stones that hit his house and cars - it's the size of a tennis ball. The biggest that hit my house was 3/4" in diameter. (That's 2 centimeters for you metric folks.)

Welcome to Spring in Oklahoma. This isn't global warming, global cooling, or climate change. Crap like this has been happening here since long before anyone ever thought of those terms.
