As the title suggests, the chapter 2 mistake has been corrected now. I hope you're enjoying the lightheartedness so far, because things are about to get really dark for Riley and her family.

I mistakenly uploaded the incorrect chapter 2 to the Ascendant. It's fixed in the system, but still says it'll update "asap." I'd hoped that it would update more quickly once I corrected it. That said, I am aware that I messed up, and I have uploaded Chapter 2 of the correct story. I can update you all again once the changes are reflected properly in the story, if you'd like. Thanks for being patient, and super thanks to everyone who emailed me to let me know.

I noticed a few things that could be improved with my chapter 2 submission, _after_ it automatically posted this morning. I think this version is significantly more readable, and ends on a better note.
