Unlike Joe Moose, I can see some valid reasons for having two or more pen names. First and foremost would be to separating two or more different types of stories you write. For instance, say you write a lot of Star Trek or Star Wars fan fiction you could use one pen name for those stories. You could use another pen name for stories that include incest as a major plot point. A third pen name could be used for coming-of-age or romance type stories.
Yes, using different pen names can lead to difficulties in the forum, but on the other hand, some individuals are likely to downvote all the stories by an author if that person seems agreeable with certain squirks, which multiple pen names used as described above would make it harder to do.
Note that Eddie Davidson's tip about selecting categories you don't want to see does not apply to the home page.
Happy Holidays all,
While working on a sequel to Spring Break - When it all begins I have gone through that story and decided to make a few changes. The basic story remains the same, just some of the details are different. I plan to release the revised version starting about two weeks before I post the first chapter of it's sequel.
First, I was expecting at least one question or comment about the title of the last chapter of Spring Break
As it turned out, I am still not finished writing book 2 which will cover to the end of Robin's eighth grade.
Part of the reason is that based on some the sparse feedback of "Spring Break..." there has been some major changes to what will be included from Robin's point of view.
There has been several cases where I plan split out certain infodump scenes and make them into short stories.
More updates to come 373.
Today the last chapter of 'Spring Break - When it all began' was posted.
At this time I hope to start posting volume 2 in March 2021.
