The New Teacher ending

Posted at Updated:

Yes, the second book of this series is already being written. Will start posting on January.

Just to whet your appetite, this is the first paragraph of "A Teacher's Dilemma."

Peter's mind reeled as he tried to make sense of this newfound information. It was a shock to know that not only he had a grandfather, but that he was the owner of the school.
“Where’s my grandfather now?” Peter asked.
“I’m afraid right now Mr. Hughes is bed-ridden and unable to come right now. When you’re better we will visit him.” Mrs. Duran explained.
"But what does this have to do with the attack on me?" Peter asked again, wanting to understand the connection.
Mrs. Duran leaned forward, her eyes serious and intense. "Think about it, Mr. Robinson," she said. "Powerful men are just as vulnerable to female wiles as regular men. And if only a few of those men were to be entranced by St. Mary's alumnae who were being guided by a power-hungry hand behind the scenes...well, let's just say the potential for bad things to occur would be staggering."
Angela gasped in realization. "But that's not what St. Mary's is meant for!" she protested.
Mrs. Duran gave her a sad smile. "Of course not," she agreed. "We strive to raise our students with ethics and moral principles. Imagine what another management, one without such scruples, could do with this kind of power."

Discovery Chapter 9

It's already on my Patreon. Will be posted here next week. Chapter 9 of 15.

Meanwhile, here's a snippet.

"You're a pathetic piece of shit, sister-fucker!" Mark spat at John.

"Oh please," John scoffed. "You did the same shit for years, so don't act like you're any better."

"Oh, go fuck yourself, you half-breed bastard!" countered Mark with a cruel smirk.

"We have the same parents, dumbass! They're married!"

"Wrong. You're not even our dad's bastard child. Mom doesn't even know who your real father is!" Mark's words hit John like a physical blow and he stumbled back.

Meanwhile, Melody had overheard their argument and appeared in the doorway, hoping to intervene. But her timing couldn't have been worse. She gasped in shock at Mark's revelation and covered her mouth with her hand.

John saw her reaction and immediately demanded an answer. "Is it true?" His voice was filled with hurt and betrayal as he stared at Melody.

She hesitated for a moment before nodding, confirming Mark's words. Before she could explain any further, John turned and ran downstairs without another word.

Melody stood frozen in horror, until the slam of the front door jolted her into action. She lunged at Mark, her fists flailing as she tried to inflict some kind of pain on him.

"You fucking moron! You've ruined everything!" she shrieked as she tried to scratch his eyes out.

Taken aback by Melody's sudden outburst, Mark tried to defend himself. "He deserved to know the truth!" he shouted, while trying to dodge her punches.
