The edited version you can get there is only a little longer and, according to Grammarly, contains A LOT less typos, but the plot is basically the same.

I just realized that SOL counts words very differently from how my MS Word counts them. According to Word, the free version of this story that is available here is almost ten thousand words shorter than the edited version on Bookapy. But, according to SOL’s own word count, the free version is about a hundred words longer than the edited version.
Please don’t be confused by this!
It stems from different rules for what constitutes a word in different editors/software. But, since I have no way of figuring out how many words the edited version would have according to SOL without posting it to SOL, I have to give Bookapy the word count I got from MS Word.
So... yeah. I made a patreon account.
I didn't think people would be willing to support me in my writing, but people actually asked about it.
Now, the problem I have with this is that I'm the kind of guy who comes up with the details of a story as I write it. So, publishing chapters that are bound to change, would be counterproductive. However, asking people to support me for months without getting anything in return doesn't sit right with me. So, I thought I could publish the raw chapters as I finish them?
Right now, I am writing "Paul's Story". The Paul you may remember from "Tiny Tim". It has a similar theme as "Tiny Tim", so, if you liked that, you hopefully will like Paul's Story as well.
Also, I am planning to post the properly edited version of all of my stories as soon as they're finished. That, however, can only be done for stories that comply with patreon's TOS, and Tiny Tim would clearly violate them (since the MC isn't eighteen yet).
I'll have to think about a solution for that, before I start on Bill's Story.

So, I just submitted the last ten chapters of Tiny Tim after cleaning them up a little. By that, I mean that I tried to eliminate as many typos and repetitions as possible, and hope people will forgive me if I missed some. Turns out, this is a lot less fun than writing the story in the first place.
Which brings me to the main reason for this post: Writing up the next story.
To the five people who decided to follow me: Please keep in mind that I suck at this. Writing the twenty-five chapters with 280K words for Tiny Tim took me a solid TEN MONTHS! And, as I found out, I'm the kind of guy who likes to write himself into a corner. So, I will write up the whole story before I start posting it again. I hope you're okay with that.
