I think it's just me. For whatever reason the tools and controls are so counter-intuitive to me that I sometimes can't quite figure it out.
I just started a new serial, and my intent was that the name of the serial would be All About Julie and chapter one would be Amazing Birthday Surprise. It apparently came through with the serial being called Amazing Birthday Surprise and chapter one having no title of its own.
It's a small thing, but I have in the back of my mind ideas for a much longer story and the title it has now wouldn't really fit.
I apparently have done it right in the past, as I have another serial which has the title I intended for it and the individual chapters have their own titles. I just don't remember how I did it.
Can somebody give me a link, or just tell me how to do it?
Thanks.

This is an edit responding to messages I received. The original post is below.
I am utterly unfamiliar with Canadian law, so I can't say anything regarding the statements that they are just following the law. I just don't know. Here in the US, attempts to create a "safe" censored Internet have been shot down by the courts. Laws regarding child pornography still apply: not only can you not take sexualized photos of minors (which here is under 18) you can't even make drawings of them in a sexual context. I get the part about the photos, I view my own twisted psychology as evidence that it can be harmful. However, text stories are perfectly legal.
And yes, I have been on ASSTR. I have an account there and have posted many stories. My account was one of the things lost owing to server issues. Some of my stories I can't even edit in such a way to make them acceptable on this site, others I can. I've posted one here so far, and it's receiving an average rating of 4.7 out of 10. I think it's out of 10? Anyway, on ASSTR people were writing me to tell me how much they loved my stories. It was the best fit for me. This one seems to be a distant second.

I want to go straight at something that there is a sizable community of people dancing around. I don't get why it's so difficult to find a place on the web where I can do that.
Spanking is such a common sexual practice that it may not even qualify as a kink, depending on how you do it. One who wants to give or receive an occasional smack, or a few of them, or just talk about it, isn't even being kinky. It doesn't qualify as a kink until you take it farther than that. Taking it farther can take the form of increased intensity and/or frequency, introducing elements of role-playing, or both.
Frequent spankings with parental role-playing that result in a red bottom are a very common kink. Some take it farther than that and introduce one or more additional kinks. Some of us have such a fetish for being bound and beaten that we might start to crack up if we don't get it on a regular basis. Age-play and parental role-playing are extremely common parts of the BDSM lifestyle.
Here already we see a double standard.
It's one thing if the dominant one is a male. Invoking parental role-playing is considered innocent, harmless fun, not much more kinky than the spanking itself. You see a woman wearing a Catholic schoolgirl uniform, acting like a 10-year-old, calling him "daddy." That's not strange at all.
But a submissive guy can't do that with his girlfriend. I called a woman "mommy" one time, and that was that. She freaked the fuck out. After having been the initiator. I had a paddle on the wall of my room, and she asked if she could use it on me. As soon as I gave an eager affirmative answer, she went right into role-playing. Saying I was a "naughty little boy" and she was going to teach me a lesson I'd never forget in a scolding tone. After all of that, my calling her "mommy" was too much for her.
Even with the double standard, age-play parental role-playing are part of S&M. They are inextricably linked to it. There are sites around the web that dance around this.
With titles like "The Barnyard" or "Boys Being Boys," they are filled with drawings and/or stories depicting little boys being spanked by their parents and by others. Software that blocks porn sites block these sites, which is a piece of the evidence that they are intended to be sexually titillating.
Then you come across animeotk. There are depictions of consenting adults being sexually aroused by spanking, as well as the type of stuff that's on those other sites. Oh, but don't you dare mix them! Don't you dare go straight at what others are dancing around! That will get you banned!
On TV Stewie Griffin can act and talk like he's sexually attracted to girls, boys, and even his (extremely anthropomorphic) dog. He can be thinking about being spanked by his mom and realize on some level he likes it. He can then have a cutaway depicting his mom as a dominatrix. But even Seth MacFarlane won't bring it all together and have the young boy sexually aroused by maternal spanking.
I want to bring it all together.
I'm too afraid to try to do it in real life. I don't want to lose what I have with my girlfriend by bringing this up and scaring her.
The Internet is full of sexual fantasies of all sorts. I don't seem to be able to find a safe place for my kink. The elements of the kink are common, but nobody wants to bring them together. Everybody wants to dace around it.
I want to go right at what everybody else dances around.
And then there's this site. You just might could do it on this site. There are limitations, the boy has to be depicted as being at least 14. What kind of mother still spanks her son at 14? Mine did; she even did it a few times when I was 15. But that is quite rare I'm sure. The thing I don't get on this site is that a character can't "act or look" like he's under 14. So this means we're throwing a huge part of common kinky role-playing out the window? My character can't role-play that he's a little boy being "disciplined?" Seems a bit prudish for a site that bills itself as a place for sex stories.
