I decided on a character right away so I started. It's the soup of the day format but readers convinced me to call the story de jour chapters instead of tales. So the first one is MY NAME IS ED AND I'M AN ALCOHOLIC.
It will probably still be a hard read-- I like for the reader to have some skin in the game. That is my pay for posting here...lol bullshit.lol Justifying my lazyness.
I am ending Soup of the day. I need a new character so I sent John on vacation. Hope nobody hated the story too much. It was one of those stories more like a person's real life than the life of a super hero.
John didn't get laid a thousand times in the first year out. He didn't solve a group of murders by himself. He just tried to live his life as best he could without really having an instruction book.
He broke a few sexual taboos, but like the man said in the song 'too few to mention'. Nobody got hurt. He was just an ordinary country boy trying to survive.
so I have decided to handle sex in my stories as follows:
The mention of sex in passing,... no sex...
The mention of having sex but not in an erotic way... minimal sex.
I can't foresee it ever being more than one of these.... if so rethink the issue
This time I'm not here to complain. I need a decision is talking about sex, as I do in a suggestive but less than erotic manner constitute minimal sex or no sex as a description
I'm serious about this I don't want to promise more than I deliver.
