Now that AWLL2 is complete, I am working on AWLL3. Book 1 is well underway, but I do not have an ETA for when it will be available. In AWLL3, the kids' voices will emerge, and they will narrate their own stories, together with Steve.
As for Good Medicine, the second book in the series covering Mike's Sophomore year at Taft is completed. I will begin posting chapters to SOL on May 15th. Book 3 is complete and undergoing editing and proofreading, and I am writing Book 4.
Much more material is available via my Patreon. In addition, there is an AWLL Wiki available. For links to these, please see my author page, as links are not permitted in blog entries.
Thank you for your loyal reading, and I appreciate each and every one of you.
I have updated A Well-Lived Life 1 - Book 2 - Jennifer. There are several dozen corrections to grammar, word usage, and punctuation.
The story did not change, but if you're keeping an eBook version, you may want to download a new copy.
I have updated Good Medicine - Freshman Year. This corrects several dozen grammar, word usage, and punctuation errors identified by loyal readers. I also corrected two minor continuity errors which had no practical effect on the story.
The story did not change, but if you're keeping an eBook version, you may want to download a new copy.
I've received both public and private constructive criticism about some of the content in A Well-Lived Life (mostly on the political side). I understand this isn't some people's cup of tea, and that many (most?) people disagree with Steve's politics.
That said, if you can get past the politics, Book 10 will resolve many of the arcs and lead to AWLL3, which is going to increasingly focus on the kids, including telling the story from their point of view (i.e. Steve will not be the sole narrator - Birgit, Jesse, and the other kids will narrate as well). And it will include FAR less politics. Chapters of AWLL3 - Book 1 are available on my Patreon.
Short version: I hear you. And I'll fix it. The politics won't go away, but they will be reduced significantly in future books.
I have updated A Well-Lived Life 1 - Book 1 - Birgit. This mostly corrects grammar, word usage, and punctuation.
The story did not change, but if you're keeping an eBook version, you may want to download a new copy.
