A New Phase Begins
Trench warfare has come to the ancient world and the results are brutal and deadly. As men are thrown into the meat grinder of the trenches and the war expands to Greece, Ky and Lucilla work to find new ways to regain the upper hand against the invaders. Ky attempts to bring a new weapon to the battlefield to help defeat the massive eastern hordes while Lucilla struggles to keep the western alliance together and strong. Their advantages may be short-lived, however, after the discovery of shipments of their most advanced weapons in the hands of supposed allies but headed toward their eastern enemies.

As alliances shift and allies reveal their true colors, can Britannia adapt to a new age of warfare, or will internal struggles and external enemies bring the empire to its knees?

Book 3 of the Shattered Lands has started posting. I put up the first chapter yesterday and starting this Saturday you'll get a chapter a week. It's 27 chapters long.

Also in a week or so book 2 of the Veilguard Saga should start posting, Wings of Mercury should finish later this month, and you should expect to see the next Imperium book in early December, and finally Second Down should end in late Nov and you'll start getting book 2 of False Start early next year (there's usually a few weeks or a month or so in between when one book ends and the next begins in a series).

So Second Down has been posting for a little while, and the download numbers are high, higher than anything else I've put out. But the score is lower than all of my other books but a couple of my early ones. One thing is telling me I should focus on this more, and people like it, and the other says to focus on this less, and people like it the least of all my books.

Just wondering why there's a dichotomy.

Looking at my scheduled posts, I have chapters set to go up 23 out of the 31 days next month. That might be a new record for me.
