I pointed out in my earlier blog that I had over forty stories posted across several platforms. Most of them were written a long time ago. Well before online editing platforms like Grammarly were available.
Fortunately, my late mother was an English teacher. Therefore, my basic grammar is usually fairly good.
However, I've been running some of my earlier works through Grammarly. And, Oh, my goodness, are there a lot of errors!
The latest story I'm running through is around 53,000 words long. But, it contains more than 2,000 errors, apparently.
Mind you, I spend an awful lot of time telling Grammarly it's full of shit, and ignoring its suggestions.... :)
I don't suppose there's an editor out there that wants to edit them for me?
Currently, I have over forty stories posted on three platforms. Depending on the publishing requirements of the various sites, the versions change. SOL allows much greater leniency in the type of story posted. Therefore, it’s my preferred point to publish original stories. Plus, I find the comments here are typically well thought out and logically explained.
I try to take onboard all criticisms and advice. Any comments or criticisms can only spur me to write better stories. Plus, the emails I receive here are invariably positive.
What I’m trying to say, probably clumsily, is that, in the immortal words of Jeff Fenech, “I loves ya all.”
Please feel free to email me.
To the female readers, if you have a fantasy you’d like me to explore, write me an email with the details, and I’ll try to write your fantasy into a cohesive story. One can hope some women will, right?
