So unfortunately I've accidentally corrupted a memory stick, and everything on it which wasn't in a folder is lost. Unfortunately that means the file for my new story, "My Brother's Genie", which I'd already written 3 chapters for.
The story was going to be about Daniel Robinson, the brother of Harry from my Abducted on a School Trip story. His female best friend Charlie was going to get a genie, and they were going to foil a plot to remove genies from the world. I thought it was really good, but alas it shall never see the light of day now.
I don't know what I'm going to do now. I'm not re-writing it, that's for sure. I do have a few ideas for things I might write, so we'll have to see.
The sad part is I very nearly posted it about 2 weeks ago. Now I wish I had.
A lot of people have been asking where my new story is. I've written nearly 3 chapters so far. I know I said I'd start posting when I'd written 3, but once I start, I'm basically then committed to getting one out every few days, and as I've just started university, I don't want to make that commitment yet, as I don't know how much time I'm going to have to write. I'm going to keep writing, it just means you'll have to wait longer to see it.
I'd just like to update people on the progress for my new story. I got back off holiday this morning, so now I'll probably start writing properly. I did start it on holiday, but I didn't get particularly far.
This new story will be a return to the Matt and Sophie's Genies universe. I don't want to talk about the plot yet, but I am definitely planning this one out beforehand. I'm not 100% on where it'll go yet, but it will go somewhere. I have a plot element in my head for later on, I'm just trying to work out a way for it to work and make sense.
No ETA at the moment, because it depends on how quickly I work, which can really vary. I probably won't start posting it until Chapters 1-3 are done, possibly even waiting for the 4th. We'll see.

The ONLY places I have posted this story to are Storiesonline.net, sexstories.com and a censored version on Literotica.com (I do intend to submit it to ASSTR eventually). Not only does this site not have my permission, they've only posted Chapter 12 of 15 (Thereby ruining someone's impressions of it) and they've not credited me in any way.
I posted a comment asking for it to be taken down, but it doesn't seem to have gotten past moderation. I'd ask other people, if it's not too much trouble, to also try and send them a message asking them to remove it, and I advise other authors to check this site to see if your stories have been plagiarised.
Sorry about the lack of updates recently. I'd like to claim I've been busy, but really it's the fact that I got my Skyrim installation working again so I've been playing that, with some Oblivion, Morrowind and Super Sentai also filling the time.
Chapter 10 is half written. I'm hoping to finish it tomorrow, but no promises. Honestly this past week I've had very little motivation to write.
