I believe I can speak for 95% of the authors who often don't bother to address birth control in their stories that it is a more enjoyable read to think that we can have uninhibited sex without the consequences of pregnancy. I'd love not to have to take BC pills in RL but if I don't then I'll get pregnant.
I say, immerse yourself in the fantasy of sex with pure freedom. However if you're into pregnancy then there's the author who's written 200 stories about getting his niece pregnant.
For the rest of us I say what I said to one emailer who asked about pregnancy in my story:

I was in Kroger's yesterday and saw the butternut squash and it reminded me on when I was a teen and how I'd grab a cucumber and give myself pleasure and afterwards I'd put it back because I didn't want my mom to ask, "Do you know what happened to the cucumber? I know I bought one." I avoided eating cucumbers for a while. But back to butternut squash. That a vegetable that even comes with testicles attached. The "dick portion" though is intimidating. Some guys said there loved one has no nipple after a surgery and her breasts are still sexy. Big props to those guys.
Many responses expressed uncertainty on an answer.
Other responses recognized that seeing cleavage and side boob are exciting so it's more the boob itself.
Since straight guys don't see male nipples sexy, I do wonder if it is the boob itself that is what's truly sexy. However since the female nipple is entrenched in society as forbidden to be exposed in public, I believe that helps drive a guy to view the nipple as sexy.

If women didn't have nipples, would her boobs still be sexy to you?
(Don't do the breastfeeding tangent. It's irrelevant to the question unless breastfeeding is what makes boobs sexy to you.)
