Hi everyone, first off I'd like to thank everyone for the warm reception Keeper is getting. Thanks to those who commented. Some folks have commented on the length of the chapters--fair play--since I am a bit of an under-writer. A lifetime of writing non-fiction will do it to a person. Anyway, as I try to cure myself of the malady, I'm going to change my posting schedule to twice a week so instead of a snack at least you'll get a bit more of a meal. I gotta say that thanks to Mr. Wolf aiding his editing skills the process is much less painful. Dumb mistakes hurt.
Thank you everyone for the warm comments (despite the many errors). Mr. Wolf has stepped up and volunteered to lend his keen editorial eye to help. I can't tell how much I appreciate that.
I've enjoyed the stories here ever since 2000 or so. this is my first submission.
