I've re-posted all my stories... I think. Over time all sorts of changes and corrections are made to the extent that the story may no longer hang together. About the only significant correction is that references to the Distinguished Service Medal (Valor) have been changed to Distinguished Service Cross.

And, believe it or not, there will soon be a new story.

A Posting Problem

I reposted The Sisterhood in its entirety. A number of chapters were changed, but there was (finally!) a terminal chapter. But something got lost in transmission: The posted story ends at Ch. 60, but it should end at Ch.69. If you don't see 69 chapters, the posting hasn't been corrected yet.

And thanks to all of you for your encouragement and your persistence to try to get me off my ass!

The Sisterhood

Well, I even surprised myself. I just submitted The Sisterhood for posting. It's now complete... about 9 years after the last entry. As I've told many of you who have asked about it over the years, the story was essentially finished a long time ago. I just never got around to closing it down.

Now it's done. And I think it's about time for The Volunteer, the missing 11th story in the Ali Clifford Saga. But again, don't hold your breath!

New postings

I have been re-posting older stories to make long-overdue corrections. The most recent -- it was today -- was to re-post Cynthia Martin in its entirety.

And, believe it or not, I expect to post The Sisterhood in its entirety before the end of this week; it will finally be complete. A word of warning: the only truly new chapter is the last. You will find -- if anyone has been keeping score -- that a number of chapters have been subdivided so the chapter count is higher than it was before. But only the last chapter will be new.

Tigers

A short time ago I learned that tigers -- and other big cats such as lions -- cannot purr. But mine can. So if you ever find yourself in a conversation with a tiger you can be certain it's one of mine. And don't be surprised if you hear a very low-frequency rumble; that's his purr.
