That being said, hope to have chapter 7 posted late tonight after I get off work and finish it up.
If you continue to enjoy my story there will be a new chapter posted shortly. Sorry (don't punch me) for the delay, I do have a full time "real job" and there will be delays occasionally between chapters. But if you worry the story will end before it is completely told, fear not. I have the need to tell this story and it will be told when the story is complete.

I just want to tell everyone who has taken the time to write me and tell me they are enjoying my tale, thank you for your encouragement. Despite working 12 hour days I WANT to find time to give you all the continuing saga of a young boy's transition to "manhood." Just please bear with me when there are gaps in how long it takes me to add another chapter. For those who ask, yes I swear this is a true story, as I said, the dialogue is not verbatim but the gist is the same. After 47 years my memories of what was said has faded but the memory of that summer that helped to shape my whole life will never fade.
