Why do I keep reading stories in which male characters piss with an erection? It's NOT POSSIBLE. I mean, biologically, it can't be done. If you're rock hard, you can't pee. It's that simple. Until fairly recently, every story I read had it right - a long frustrating wait as you hop up and down wishing it would go soft so you can relieve the mounting pressure in your bladder. Suddenly, that has changed. I don't get it. I have no problem with departures from realism if they're hot, or if they're important to the story, but this is just... I don't know. It's not even lazy, just weird.
