After consulting with the moderation group at SOL, I have decided that I will only create a universe for the Three Times stories when someone has another story to add to it.
If you have a story ready and want to place it in the Three Times universe, contact me and I will create it for you.
This way, it won't be created until there are more stories to add to it. (Maybe I will find time to write some more of the story sooner that way.)
