I do not expect to maintain an active blog for Jack Williams, although I may add to this from time to time.
In response to a reader question, I switched off all voting for Ruthie. This board allows me that option, I wish to thank the people that run it for allowing that option, and I took advantage of it.
I did it because less than an hour after the story showed up on the site, there were a double digit number of votes and the cumulative score was just over 4.0.
I did not feel that over 10 people that late at night could possibly think that my story was that bad. I am convinced that there are visitors to this site who vote all zeros for stories that morally offend them without bothering to read them and I will not let Ruthie be manipulated by their morality.
