Thanks for the voting. I knew this was going to start off slow--the story takes a while to develop--but the score has been going steadily up, which is encouraging. Hope readers continue to enjoy it, it has a long way to go.

Expertise is never enough. You have to "sell" it to those who don't have it. That's a difficult lesson for those who have no experience in diplomacy.
The gap between the two on-board factions of the Gardener's crew begins to be a real problem.
