Xalir's stories were one of the first that i came across on SOL. I remember at the time I was thinking about writing some of my own and his works, along with many others, helped me realize that I could contribute. I never talked to him personally but I thank him for his stories.
I reached out to my editor and assured him I am still alive. He seemed happy to hear it and agreed to look at my next chapters of the Warlock. I intended to get busy and write the shit out of the story this summer but work picked up. (I am on commission so I gotta make the money when I can) Then I had to deal with drama and illness in the family (cancer sucks) I am sending what I have ready to Archangel at the end of this week. He is a busy guy himself so i am not promising any timeline but I AM saying that Martin will be returning soon. Thanks for the patience!
First let me get this out of the way. I am sorry I committed to posting on my last few blogs and I am sorry that the next parts are taking so long. I will offer an explanation that will hopefully stop some of the hate mail.
The second part of the Warlock has been giving me fits. I have introduced three characters and had to delete them from the story before they saw the light of day. Each one took the story in a new direction that ultimately didn't work. One of them turned up in my Halloween story submission. The fourth one is staying and she has had me stumped for a few months now. However last week I was writing something else and had an break through with her. I have been writing as much as I can coming into the busy season of my work (Real Estate Agent) but I can tell you the flow is back.
As to what this means for posting. I will not commit to a schedule. I will say that now that the juices are flowing again I will be submitting stuff to my editor sooner rather than later. Thanks for the kind words. Thanks for the emails and the messages.
As for the very few who call me names, you are right, I am all of those things :)

I have gotten quite a few questions about the Warlock. I am still writing it. I am trying to polish it up along with having enough content to keep people interested. I am currently stuck on a couple points that need to be resolved but it will get finished. What I want to have happen is to have it finished and then release chapters on a regular basis. That being said I am almost done with a Halloween contest story that I think some might like. Thank you so much for your feedback and I will have It done as soon as i can.

Well sorta. I have switched jobs into administration which leaves me with excess mental energy to burn. Sales seemed to strip that from me leaving me with nothing in the tank so to speak. So I now have time and desire to get back to writing and The Warlock chapter is coming along well. It will probably be a week before I send it off to the editor. I want to say thanks to those who have sent me emails and messages, it is truly appreciated.
