Tu-Shu-Guan: Stories

[By Wang Dulu, translated by Tu-Shu-Guan.] This is the story of the boyhood of Southern Crane, born as Jiang Xiaohe. He is committed to taking revenge on Bao Kunlun for destroying his family - but he is also utterly in love with Bao Kunlun's granddaughter. Southern Crane's rashness and anger is an irresistable force; Bao Kunlun's narrowmindedness and refusal to openly acknowledge the wrongs he has committed is an immovable object. Irresistable force + immovable object = tragic consequences.
