Detectives Elisa Maza, and her partner Matt Bluestone respond to a disturbance at the police evidence warehouse..and are worried because it involves GEN-U-TECH and Dr. Sevarius. Meanwhile Brooklyn and Lexington encounter someone very strange in the park. Now they have to figure out just who..and what he is.
