Futanari Parables is a universe where, in addition to males and females, there exist futanari who have both male and female genitalia. Other than that, this universe is very similar to our own. Most futanari are born as their gender, but some are transformed via a mysterious method. All futanari must be careful because their semen is very addictive both to themselves and to others. Repeated sexual stimulation causes their genitals to grow larger. Some futanari become locked in a cycle of addition, but most can conquer this malady and their genitals can return to normal size.

Futanari are looked down upon by some people as sexual freaks, but most of society accepts them.
