Maxicue: Stories

While composing Palimpsest, I realized stories spoken briefly within could be expanded like long footnotes into their own stories with the central core of the universe being a successful law firm with a moral compass. Like the force of spinning spreading tentacles ever outwards, Palimpsest and these “footnotes” seem to generate expansive lives of their own. Therefore I’m opening this Universe to anyone inspired to write an offshoot.--max

These are the cases of Joe Solomon, beginning in 1980 when he first gets licensed at the precocious age of 18 and (hopefully) continuing up to his current middle age. He and his lovely partner/lover/mentor Sandy, find, along with the usual infidelities, insurance dodges, skip traces, missing persons and thefts, some pretty nasty crimes to solve. Joe loves his job, especially the undercover work.
