Ironically, when I introduced this story to the Internet back in March 1998, it was not only my FIRST story, but it was also my most well received one! Hence, the creation of the Master PC Universe, where a whole slew of other Internet writers have offered their take on the concept! "Welcome to Master PC's Command Center... "The Master allows you to become a virtual god to the people around you. You now possess the power to bend their reality to your specifications. You are the Master's Representative."

Derek Warlock is a being of great magnitude. His powers come across as alien like as he can mentally and physically alter any person to his wishes, but to spare the hassle of explaining what he is, when asked, he always tells people he is a warlock.
