Since before the dawn of recorded history man has been of interest to beings from other planets. One such alien race, the Haliseons, determines to do something to bring our civilization along a bit faster than it's been progressing on its own.

Follow the life of Dale Young as he moves through the years ascending in fortune, fame, and power to become the Wizard Manix. On his way he gains many things, the most important of which are friendship, love, and pleasure.
