I want to thank David and Tajod for their help in making Doceo a reality.
This story evolved from an idea I had back in high school. Much later I read the Naked in School (NIS) series, but was not convinced people would learn enough by merely being naked around one another to justify the lack of consent and other trauma caused. However, what if the similar idea--providing sexual education in a more open and interactive environment--were applied using a different medium? In the Institute Universe, that medium is Docents: primarily adolescents trained by the Institute in all things sexual whose job is to enlighten their peers.
