Chapter 52: The End or the beginning??

Sam's attorney came to see Jenny at the office. He said that Sam's house, Porsche and business were all part of a corporation owned by the marketing company. The whorehouse and its accounts were a separate corporation. As a legal partner of the marketing company, she was the lone remaining officer and legally entitled to run it as her own. The Avocado Farm was to be closed and sold for back taxes. Jenny was able to mortgage the marketing business to buy the Avocado Farm in an auction for almost nothing. Once the economy turns around it would be worth millions. She never told Joe, her husband about it. She now had Sam's house, business and contacts, to use as she pleased.

Joe, her husband, did not tell the kids about any of this, and was scheming of a way to take advantage of their perception that he and Jenny were still going to be destitute without their help, confident that they would do anything for their mother.
