Erotica Sex Story: Chapter 16 - Natural victim Faye Perkins comes to my attention with being bullied. At thirty I'm developing more authority as a teacher, so I step in. She's not used to people paying attention to her, however, and she's remarkably suggestible anyway...

Towards six we went down to the kitchen to make dinner.

“What shall we have?” I opened the cupboard where I keep the pastas and rice. Faye was nudging up next to me.

“I don’t mind.”

“Do you want to cook it?”

“Oh. Okay.” Faye looked into my face, with a mixture of joy and apprehension. I put my arm round her and she leaned into me.

“Spaghetti with bacon bits in it?” she offered shyly but proudly.

We had dinner, thanked Faye, washed up then curled up together on the sofa. Alice picked up the laptop and started looking at houses. I didn’t like to say anything for fear of sounding rejective, but she was really joining in. We spent a couple of hours searching, with Alice seeming to have a clear vision for what would and wouldn’t be suitable.

“Bit pokey,” she dismissed one I’d been eyeing up.

I had to admit it was. We looked through some more.

“That looks nice,” she selected a four-bedroom house with a large garden, private drive and double garage.

“It’s more than I can afford,” I told her.

“They might take an offer. What’s your salary? How much do you owe on this one? Let’s see what you can borrow...”

Mercifully not too long after she’d probed and analysed my financial situation her phone went with a text, and she announced she had to go home or face having her allowance cut.

“They’re completely bastardly about it,” she lamented as she pulled on her leathers, “but I’ll be back in the morning?”

“As long as you can handle the discipline,” I smiled.

Faye and I kissed her goodnight and went up to bed. I couldn’t wait to cuddle Faye, naked under the covers.

“Mmmmm,” she snuggled onto me.

I stroked over her broad back, one leg between hers, feeling her bush against my thigh. Her left tit squashed onto my chest as she breathed onto my neck. She was committed; heavy and warm and lovable.

“Are you going to marry Alice?” she asked after a minute or two.

“Not as far as I know.” I gave her a squeeze and ran a hand through her hair.

“She’s completely stuck on you.”

That was news to me. Or was it? It made me realise I hardly knew Alice at all really.

“She’s pretty keen on you too,” I said.

“Yes but, I’m just like, her weird little sister or something.”

“You’re a very special person.” I hugged her to me even more.

“You and Alice are special, I’m just the most ordinary person ever.”

“I can’t describe how special you are,” I finally tuned in that of course my fascination with Alice was making her anxious, “so you’ll just have to get used to the idea, gradually. You don’t have to be clever or a supermodel for me to love you. I might marry someone, I don’t know, but if I do you’ll be part of it, I promise. I will never leave you, ever.”

She sighed, as though trying to consider the notion. Perhaps she could feel it though, because in a minute or two her breathing slowed and then, to my deep satisfaction, she was asleep.

Alice arrived for breakfast the next day, Thursday, kissed me and Faye, and stripped off her leathers to reveal the waistcoat and little skater skirt. She’d brought knee boots to change into as well, though she was starting off barefoot.

“Need to be dressed for looking round houses,” she smiled, helping herself to a slice of toast while Faye poured her a coffee. “Thanks,” she smiled at Faye, and I watched Faye’s round, innocent face glow from that simple acknowledgement.

“Dressed?” I queried Alice.

“This is perfectly decent.” She looked down at her pert cleavage, the bare skin between the toggles, her taut teen tummy and the expanse of leg.

“It would be nice looking at houses?” said Faye, surprising me.

“Okay,” I agreed. It would be interesting it was true, and somewhere that didn’t have a streetful of neighbours observing the teen comings and goings was looking more and more vital for my career prospects. Also I could see that it would be good for Faye to be involved in choosing a new home for us - I still didn’t know what our relationship was exactly but I did know that whatever happened I was NOT going to be letting her out into the big bad world ever again. “You’re wearing a jacket though,” I told Alice.

“If I do, will you still punish me, Headmaster?”

“Only if you wear panties too. It’s quite breezy.”

She smiled and lifted her skirt to flaunt her tight ass in the thin black shorts, making me tingle.

We finished breakfast then I called a couple of estate agents to arrange some viewings, as well as visits for selling my house, and we got in my car.

“Mmmm, sporty,” mocked Alice from the passenger seat, looking around the interior.

“I can just get in it and go somewhere,” I said. “By the time you’ve covered your party legs and got your helmet and gloves and boots and everything else on I’ve already arrived.”

“Party legs?” she smirked. “I really wanted them to work on you. I saw you and I just thought ‘ooh yes’.”

“For me it was when you came into the kitchen and instantly took the piss about a cup of tea,” I reached over and stroked her right leg, “At the party I did notice you, but I had something on my mind.”

“Yeah I know. It’s cool.” She smiled at me and I noticed her eyes again: made up today with the dark and dangerous eyeshadow. Rebellious, along with the cluster of ear rings.

While I drove I wondered what on earth I was doing going house-hunting with her. And with Faye. Two teens. If someone from my school saw me what would I say? And not just two teenagers but, winter or not, Faye was in a stretch mini, as instructed by Alice in her skater skirt. Alice who’d really taken to Faye, it seemed. She’d also taken a pair of scissors to Faye’s tee, to show off her waist.

The first three houses were a disappointment, so I was hoping the fourth would be more promising, though it was Alice’s expensive one and out of my price range really. Perhaps I could get a big enough mortgage, or perhaps not.

I saw it was Edwardian in style, as I turned into the slightly weedy gravel drive. It had an unkempt air. It was unoccupied too, it turned out.

“Gosh this garden’s lovely,” said Faye as we walked round to the back. It was a large garden, hedged and private, like the drive.

“We could get a dog,” said Alice. “It’s so near the park too.”

“Oh,” sighed Faye, “I’d LOVE to have a dog.”

“I thought you might,” smiled Alice.

“We should have two,” I agreed, “so they have each other for their identity. You know, to refer to.”

“Oh yes, I know what you mean,” said Faye. “And they could play together too, and when we go out and have to leave them they’ll have each other for company.”

“You could do some skateboarding, at the park?” it occurred to me. “Are you still into that?”

“Yes but I left my board, at home,” said Faye, sounding a bit regretful.

“I’ll come with you, if you want to pick it up,” said Alice, putting her arm protectively round Faye. Her long-fingered hand ended up automatically on the shorter girl’s broad shoulder.

“Oh. Thanks,” Faye smiled, putting her arm round Alice’s slender waist, easing their hips together.

“Mister Reynolds?” a woman had appeared round the side of the house. She was smartly dressed in a dark blue trouser suit, with a clipboard. Professionally attractive and friendly, blonde, mid-twenties. Her eyes scanned from me to the two teen girls and back.

“Christine, hello,” I shook her hand. Alice, deliberately, and Faye, innocently, didn’t separate but just smiled and said ‘hello’. “This is Alice and Faye,” I introduced them as the agent smiled and said ‘hello’ back.

“Let me show you round,” she said, “though I ought to mention straight away we have just had an offer I’m afraid, at the asking price.”

“Oh,” Faye was disappointed.

“It’s just an offer though?” I asked.

“Oh yes,” said Christine easily, “the vendor will wait for a higher offer, or someone ready to proceed, if we suggest they might do better.”

We followed Christine through the empty house. It was about a hundred years old, with high ceilings and bay windows. It was all a bit dated, right down to having a cellar with a coal hatch, and no ensuites, but it had a big hall, a galleried staircase and some stained glass windows. There was big living room with a spacious conservatory on the end of it. It had atmosphere. I instantly wanted it very badly.

“This is such a lovely house,” sighed Faye wistfully.

“That huge cellar...” said Alice.

“So have you passed on the offer to your vendor?” I asked.

“Not yet,” said Christine, “it has only just come in, and there is a lot of interest so we won’t be recommending they accept just yet. May I ask about your position? A house on the market?”

“I’m just about to place it with you,” I improvised. I knew it wasn’t a great reply. They’d prefer a cash buyer or someone with a sale agreed, or at the very least with interest.

“Ah,” she said, still being pleasant but audibly adding me to a long list of dreamers.

“I like this conservatory too,” said Alice, strolling across the living room to the glass doors, with her sexy, pelvic amble that somehow was still fluid even in three-inch heels - from practice no doubt. It was very Alice that being five foot nine wasn’t enough - she had to make a statement and be six feet tall. And the knee boots and jacket made the short, floaty skater skirt especially provocative.

“It is a feature,” agreed Christine, following.

It was warm in the conservatory from the sunshine, even on this December day. We looked out into the big, overgrown garden with its tall hedges. Alice unzipped her jacket, then pulled Faye to her and unzipped hers.

“So do you have much influence?” Alice smiled down at the estate agent - about five foot three plus her heels, and pretty; natural blonde medium-length straight hair, blue eyes, perfect make-up and a bit of scent.

“I have to pass on all the offers, naturally. Though clients do tend to follow our advice. Nobody wants a sale to fall through at the last moment do they, but at the same time they want the best price, and sooner rather than later...” She looked up into Alice’s dark green eyes for a second or two, before seeming to remember herself and look at Faye, then me.
