This brief story by a writer who specializes in FF stories features an unusual & intriguing narrator: Nature herself, whose lovemaking to a human woman would probably be seen by any outside observer as a session of self-pleasuring.
Now here's a new story category: What would one call it? It's not human/human sex, but it's certainly not bestiality. It's the breeze that makes love to the woman, the wind that loves her, and then leaves her (the "end" alluded to in the title).
Told in a romantic, dreamy style, this story was sometimes a little confusing in its execution -- at least to me.
Sex: The dreamy, romantic style didn't lend itself either to getting me horny, nor to getting those rushes in my belly that accompany "falling in love" feelings. One has to use one's imagination to understand any of the sex in here as being "oral."
Plot: The narrator's nature -- that she is Nature -- is such a great plot device. I wish we could know more of her personality, as well as the character of the woman that Nature is making love to. There's a sense of loving & leaving & the sorrow that comes with that, while at the same time there are indications that they've done this before & will probably do it again. I would love for the story to paint us a picture of why & better yet how these things are so.
Technical: Aside from a typo in the first sentence, the grammar & punctuation are fine.
Appeal to reviewer: I enjoyed this story for the fancy of Nature as a female lover. But as it stands, this story is more a dreamy sketch, than a full developed story. I would love for the author to take this story up again & flesh it out.
