Dr. Randi set very high standards for herself, and she has really raised the bar with this, her latest posting.

'Eye in the Sky' is an excellent book and one of the best that I have read in several years. The plot is outstanding and I marvel at how one person could think of all this. There is a mix of drama, sprinkled with a little philosophy, seasoned with a touch of religion and topped with a delicious sauce, made up of romance and action. All in all, this is a very good recipe for a novel and the author has baked it to perfection.

I read this on a Kindle and when I reached the cliffhanger at the end, I had no way of knowing if a sequel would be forthcoming. As soon as I could get t a computer, I was able to access Randi's blog and discover that book two is well on the way and that there will be a third volume in this series. It is nice to have not just one but two good reads to anticipate.

If you are reading this review and trying to decide whether or not to invest your time reading 'Eye in the Sky', just get started as soon as you can. You won't be disappointed!

If you don't like cliffhangers, don't read the last chapter (20), it is nothing but a teaser.
